Company Shipping and Refund Policies


We offer shipping across India. Free Shipping will be offered for all orders of final value above INR 999/-

Your orders will be shipped within 2 working days from when the order is received. The tracking details of your shipment will be updated once your order has been shipped to allow you to track the shipment. Ideally, your shipment should reach you within 2-5 days of shipping, depending on your location. If there is any delay in shipping your order, we will inform you the same through an email to your registered email address and/or phone.

For returnable products (see list above), please contact us within 7 days. We can’t process an exchange or refund for any orders post 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Your items must be unused, in the original packaging and condition as you received it. If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, your return will not be accepted.

  1. Diapers

  2. Any products purchased during discounted sales

Before purchasing our cloth diapers, please ensure that you have made the correct purchase. In case you need help to make up your mind, please feel free to connect with us. Once you have received the diapers, we will be unable to accept any returns due to hygiene reasons.

Should you choose to return any of our products, please remember to discuss the same with us to understand the procedure of return. All return requests must be approved by us to be eligible for refunds/exchange.

In the unlikely event of receiving a tampered package, do not accept the shipment. Please inform us on or ping us on our Facebook page  and we will look into it.


 In case you choose to return the diapers before we ship the order, deductions are applicable on the refund.

For those returns that have been pre-approved by us, we will send an email to notify you on receiving the returned package. Upon inspection of the package, we will determine whether the refund claim is accepted or denied.

 If your refund claim is accepted, then your refund will be processed from our side within 2 working days. The amount will get credited to the original source of payment automatically within a stipulated period of time. This time frame will vary for different payment options.

 In some cases, there may be deductions of charges from the refund amount if the returns are not due to any manufacturing defects or errors from Bums Up Baby.
